  • Test the free version (if available) for compatibility with your theme and plugins.

Due to the diversity of WordPress environments, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party themes or plugins. We advise testing on a staging site before deploying to a live environment.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. Once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered, no refunds will be issued.

If you encounter any issues, please contact us for support.
To diagnose and resolve technical issues, we may require access to a staging server that replicates your setup. Without such access, we may be unable to provide a resolution or offer a refund.

Customization Services

Refunds are not available for customization services once the work has been completed according to the mutually agreed requirements.

We are happy to assist with reasonable revisions or fixes if any issues arise post-delivery.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • A reproducible bug or issue is found in our product, and
  • We are unable to resolve it after you provide staging access for investigation.
