Hi,
We are using Woo Custom Stock Status Pro on our WooCommerce website.
The custom stock statuses display correctly on the frontend with the correct lead time wording.
However, when a product is assigned to one of the custom stock statuses (Stock 1, Stock 2, Stock 3), WooCommerce treats the product as unavailable and the item cannot be added to cart.
If we switch the exact same product back to the default WooCommerce “In Stock” status, the product immediately works correctly again and can be added to cart normally.
We have also checked your demo examples and can see that custom stock statuses are intended to work correctly through add-to-cart, cart and checkout.
So it appears there may be:
– a configuration issue,
– compatibility setting,
– or another setting preventing the custom statuses from functioning correctly on our site.
Please advise how to make the custom stock statuses work correctly with add-to-cart functionality.
Thank you.
